Quality assurance
Reaching high quality efficiently
Ensuring a high level of quality and satisfaction is key in the deliveries to our customers. Through quality assurance (QA), we meet our customers' requirements and prevent quality issues throughout the production process.
Our QA process is based on selected parts of the International Standard for Automotive Quality Management Systems, IATF 16949, to meet the quality requirements efficiently and effectively.
Verification of quality with full traceability
Our QA covers all stages of the manufacturing process to ensure production consistency and high quality.
Functional tests
From when the PCBAs are manufactured to when the devices are assembled, we perform full functional tests on all units.
We also do functional tests on samples of the finished goods. In addition to these tests, we offer the option to do outgoing quality control (OQC) on our customers' orders.
High-quality manufacturing
Our quality assurance, including full functional tests, sample tests, and OQC, is performed at the production facilities of our EMS partner, GPV, in Thailand, and we are in charge of every step of the process.
