Join our Engineering Team
As Project Leader, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing product development projects, pre-projects, and technology initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across engineering, sales, supply chain, and production to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
About the Position
Your role will involve balancing scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining product cost objectives. You will be responsible for risk management, stakeholder alignment, and continuous process improvement, ensuring that projects meet technical and commercial goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Scope Management: Define, validate, and control project scope to align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Schedule Management: Develop and monitor project schedules, mitigating risks and ensuring timely delivery.
- Budget & Product Cost Management: Manage resources and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product cost targets.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the key contact for project stakeholders, providing updates and aligning expectations.
- Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and conduct post-project reviews to drive future improvements.

- Project Management: Experience in leading product development projects using agile and stage/gate methodologies.

- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Analytical mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of project budgets and cost management.
