You have 5-10 years of experience in technical and value-based B2B solution sales, preferably within the IT or IoT industry. You are comfortable working with large companies, and you possess excellent communication skills.

As a skilled business development professional, you can negotiate projects and close contracts for large customers without compromising profitability. Additionally, you are an outgoing, driven, and commercially minded individual. Sales of Insurtech solutions in the Benelux Region

Onics Group A/S works closely with several European insurance companies and has a unique strong market position providing full scale end-to-end IoT solutions which are promoted and sold by the insurance companies to their end-customers.

As Sales Manager Benelux, Insurtech, you will oversee the relationship with the existing insurance clients and help expand and further develop the business cases in close cooperation with the rest of the international sales team.

Additionally, you will use your knowledge and experience with the existing clients to identify potential new clients in the insurance industry, develop, and eventually build new business.

You will be a central part of an ambitious international sales team located across Europe, and you have a significant opportunity to influence the direction of the company.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Identification and development of new projects and new customers
  • Effective management and prioritization of leads and sales pipeline
  • Development and fine-tuning of business models and value propositions specifically for the insurance companies and their customers
  • Help existing clients develop, evolve, and optimize their business modeI
  • Commercial follow-up on customer activities internally.

The Sales Manager Benelux, Insurtech is based in Benelux and covers all accounts in this region while also being alert to potential opportunities across Europe. Travel is estimated to 40-60 days per year. The position reports to the VP, Head of Global Sales, based in Aarhus, Denmark.

Tech-savvy sales profile with experience from the Insurtech and the IoT/IT industry

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Strong understanding of the Insurtech sector and the insurance company landscape across Benelux
  • Tech-savvy but with sales as a core competence and passion
  • Ability to open new doors and develop valuable relationships
  • Project management skills
  • Proactive with a strong drive and a positive attitude
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Structured and able to execute in a dynamic environment
  • Commercial or technical education with an advanced interest in IoT solutions
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French or German would be beneficial.
