Meet Onics‘ Customer Success team
At Onics, we support our customers from the initial sale throughout the pilot and roll-out stages and provide a close partnership and technical support.
This is the role of our Customer Success team and our Director, Head of Customer Success, Peter Kirketerp.
Based in the Danish office, they assist customers during the solution configuration or development and white-label process, and help create a solution that fully fits the customers’ needs.
Peter is educated as an engineer and has been with Onics since the beginning. He joined Develco, Onics’ parent company, in 2001 and switched to Onics in 2009, filling various roles from Project Manager to Head of Product Development.
As Head of Customer Success, Peter enjoys the close relationship with our customers and uses his extensive experience with Onics’ solutions to help them succeed.

3 fun facts about Peter
- Coffee addict: Peter has the highest coffee consumption in the Danish office, averaging about 10 cups a day.
- On the move: In his spare time,Peter enjoys various types of sports, including football and padel tennis.
- A loyal festival goer: For the past 35 years, Peter and a high school friend have spent the second weekend of August at Smukfest, a music festival taking place close to Aarhus.
