Onics welcomes new Director, Head of Development Projects

We are delighted to welcome Thomas Augustinus as our new Director, Head of Development Projects.

As part of our Engineering department, Thomas will be responsible for engineering processes, projects, and resource allocation, as well as portfolio management and securing continuous improvement in our engineering department.

Thomas has an educational background as Engineer and brings many competencies in technology, engineering, and leadership from various positions. He has previously worked as Director of Engineering at Carrier and Head of Software at BITZER Electronics among other positions in the technology and electronics field.

Thomas also has an eMBA in Management of Technology from Aalborg University.

In his spare time, Thomas enjoys kayaking, hiking, and doing renovation projects at home. He is also an avid technology buff who likes tinkering with all things electronics and mechanical, and both his house and summer house is fully controlled by smart home devices running on Home Assistant.
