A pet immune occupancy and alarm sensor
The Motion Sensor 2 Pet is a highly stable and pet immune motion sensor with an alarm certification. It can detect movement, light, and temperature and is suitable for both EU and US markets.
With its high security standards and alarm certification, the Motion Sensor 2 Pet is perfectly suited for use in security solutions. It can detect intruders moving in the home as well as someone trying to tamper with the sensor (tamper protection available with MOQ 10.000 or alarm certified version).
In a home care solution, the Motion Sensor 2 Pet can be used to monitor a person’s activity, spot abnormal behaviors, and indicate potential illnesses. An intelligent solution can then alert relatives or caregivers. As the sensor is pet immune, it is also suited for people who live with cats or dogs.
Pet-immune multisensor suitable for security systems
The Motion Sensor 2 Pet is delivered with mounting tape to enable an easy installation. Optionally, the sensor can also include a stand to place the Motion Sensor 2 Pet on a table or shelf or a corner bracket with screws to mount it in a corner.
The sensor is Zigbee 3.0 certified, which means that it can be integrated with other Zigbee based devices.
The Motion Sensor 2 Pet is available in an EN50131 certified version and supports the Zigbee IAS Zone cluster making it suitable for use in alarm systems. This version further includes tamper protection to make sure that an intruder does not deactivate the sensor undetected.
